Embodied Practice

Five Somatic Practices by Daniel Proietto

A series by Daniel Proietto

Embodied Practice brings together five guided movement sessions by Daniel Proietto, drawing from Feldenkrais, Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi / Qigong, and foam roller practice.

The series approaches movement not as training toward performance or achievement, but as a practice of attention, continuity, and embodied care. Through simple, accessible explorations, it invites the body to release excess effort and reorganise itself through sensation and presence.

The practices are grounded in lived experience and long-term engagement with somatic traditions, offering practical entry points into recovery, regulation, and movement intelligence.

Structure of the Series

The series consists of five distinct practices, each approached as a mode of listening rather than technique:

Ironing I — Feldenkrais-Based Awareness
Ironing II — Foam Roller Practice
Pilates — The Original 33 Exercises
Yoga — Foundational Practice
Tai Chi / Qigong — Foundations

Each session can be practiced independently or combined, depending on rhythm and need.
