Effective Date: March 13, 2025

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Know Nation AS ("Company," "We," "Us") and the Customer("You") upon the rental of Romance del Diablo (the "Film"). By completing your rental purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. RENTAL TERMS & ACCESS

• Your rental of Romance del Diablo grants you 72 hours of streaming access from the time of payment confirmation.
• Access is provided via [streaming platform/link] and is available for viewing on supported devices.
• The rental is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. USAGE RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS

• You may stream the Film as many times as you like within the 72-hour rental period.
• Downloading, recording, distributing, or sharing the Film is strictly prohibited.
• The rental is non-transferable, meaning it cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another user.
• Any unauthorized use or violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of access without a refund.

3. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• All rentals are final. Due to the nature of digital streaming, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
• If you experience technical issues preventing you from watching the Film, please contact us within the rental period at [email protected] for assistance.

5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

• The Film is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Know Nation AS is not responsible for interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., internet disruptions, platform outages).
• We are not liable for any device compatibility issues. Please ensure your device meets the streaming requirements before rental.

6. FORCE MAJEURE (UNFORESEEN EVENTS)

Know Nation AS shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or disruption in the provision of rental services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, cyber-attacks, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

7. GOVERNING LAW

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes shall be settled in Oslo courts.
